hire a Junior Trainer-Sales Consultant that will
guide leaders, managers and (Sales) professionals to
increase their vitality by mastering behavior
and conditions.
This position will require exceptional Interpersonal
skills and Entrepreneurial spirit with strong work
ethics; requires Self-motivation, lots of energy,
ability to multi-task and for you to be results
oriented.

Responsibilities will include:
The professional TRAINER SALES CONSULTANT will function
independently in a stimulating work
environment delivering consultancy based impactful
training and coaching to current and future
clients human capital development.
Acquiring and coordination train/behavioral change
assignments.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years successful experience in Training and sales 
  • (preferably in
  • business services sector) with the ability to translate 
  • principles and
  • experiences into practical business lessons
  • Be able to deliver and present consultative training 
  • and
  • coaching utilizing company’s methodologies
  • Present proven and active track record of success in 
  • sales,
  • marketing and networking
  • Have Exceptional analytically, oral and written 
  • communication
  • skills are a must
  • Have strong team-building and Leadership skills and 
  • Dynamic
  • presentation abilities
  • Be able to establish and continually develop client
  • relationships as well as prospecting and cold calling
  • Be able to thrive and function independently and 
  • within a team
  • environment in a non-traditional setting
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of 
  • clients including
  • managers, directors, VPs and C-levels
  • Have the ability to initiate, follow through and 
  • drive deals to
  • completion
  • Ability to generate leads through cold calls
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish), a plus
  • 5 years experience in SALES or SALES MANAGEMENT
  • Dynamic presentation skills to all levels
  • Prospecting and cold calling
  • International and multi-cultural work experience
  • Ability to travel extensively (Domestic and some 
  • International)
